Record Timesheet for Comp. Work Orders – A summary of the activity
This activity helps to update employee time sheet for the component work order. You can record the employee time sheet on a daily basis for the assigned work. This activity also facilitates you to record the time spent in different time slots, such as overtime, holiday or normal, to calculate differential pay rates. Employee level reporting helps to implement productivity linked incentive schemes for the employees. You can also update the resource actuals, parts, components and additional items consumed for a task or a component work order. This activity also enables you to update the sign off sheet for the tasks or the component work order.

You can report the employee actuals, such as the time spent on various tasks, task execution status and the time slot or attendance type, that is, overtime or holiday work in which the task is performed.
Use the “Record Employee Timesheet for Comp. Work Orders” page to report the employee details for the specified task.
Report resource actuals for a component work order or a task
You can report the resource actuals after the resources are identified for the task or after the completion of the task. You can report resource actuals for the component work order as a whole or for the individual tasks in the component work order. You can enter details such as the start date, number of hours spent, date on which the component work order / task actuals is updated, miscellaneous cost and status of the component work order or task.
Select a component work order in the “Record Employee Timesheet for Comp. Work Orders" page.
Use the “Report Resource Actuals Information” page to report the resource actuals for the component work order or individual tasks.
Report delay reasons for a task
Delays can occur in maintenance task due to various reasons such as non-availability of resources, tools, technicians or any other reason. You can report the delay details for each task. This helps the planner to take corrective action or reschedule the component work order or the task.
Select a component work order in the “Record Employee Timesheet for Comp. Work Orders” page.
Use the “Report Delay Information” page to report the delays for various tasks in the component work order.
Report parts consumption for a component work order or task
You can specify the parts consumed for a task or component work order. You can specify the task to retrieve the part details for the task and then update the part consumption.
Select a component work order in the “Record Employee Timesheet for Comp. Work Orders” page.
Use the “Report Parts Consumption Information” page to report the parts consumption for a task or component work order.
Report component consumption for a component work order or task
You can report the component consumption details, such as the serial number of the component, its position code, next higher assemble details, and installation date and time, for parts of type “Components”.
Select a component work order in the “Record Employee Timesheet for Comp. Work Orders” page.
Use the “Report Component Consumption Information” page to report the component consumption for “trackable” parts.
Update additional parts used for a task
You can report the additional parts that are used for the specified task. You can specify the part, part type used quantity and the total cost of the parts consumed.
Select a component work order in the “Record Employee Time Sheet” page.
Use the “Report Additional Parts Usage” page to report the additional parts used for the specified task in the component work order.
