Viewing part inventory transactions information for CWO
In this page, you can view transaction information for a part. You can specify the part for which you need to view the transaction details. You can view transaction details, such as the transaction number, type, date, quantity and description.
Select the “View Part Transaction” link in the “View Parts Consumption Information” page.
The “View Part Transaction Information” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “Reference Document Details” group box:
Comp. Work Order # |
The component work order selected in the “Select Component Work Order” page. |
Component # |
The number that identifies the component on which the component work order has been generated. |
CWO Description |
The textual description of the component work order. Zoom facility available. |
CWO Status |
The status of the component work order, which could be “Scheduled”, “Inprogress”, “Completed”, "Pre-closed" or "Closed". |
Part # |
The part number of the component on which the component work order has been generated. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the component on which the component work order has been generated. |
Task # |
The task number selected in the “View Parts Consumption Information” page. |
Work Center # |
The work center to which the selected task or component work order is assigned. |
Task Description |
The textual description of the task. Zoom facility available. |
Task Status |
The status of the selected task within the component work order, which could be “Scheduled”, “Inprogress”, “Completed”, “Pre-closed” or “Closed”.which could be ”Scheduled”, ”In-Progress”, “Completed” or “Closed”. |
Enter the following:
Sub Part # |
Use the drop-down list to select the sub part number for which the transaction details must be viewed. The system lists all the part numbers issued against the selected task and component work order. The system sets the part number selected in the “View Parts Consumption Information” page by default. If no part number is specified, the system sets the field blank by default. |
The system displays the following on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:
Part Description |
The textual description of the part selected in the “Sub Part #” field. Zoom facility available. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton, to retrieve the transaction details for the specified part.
Note: The system displays all transactions, which are in “Confirmed” status, for the specified part.
The system displays the following in the “Transaction Details” multiline:
Transaction # |
The transaction number that identifies the transaction performed for the specified part. |
Transaction |
The type of transaction, such as receipt or issue, performed in the warehouse for the specified part. |
Transaction Date |
The date, in the specified date format, on which the transaction is performed in the warehouse. |
Quantity |
The quantity of specified part involved in the transaction. |
Description |
The textual description of the transaction performed. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline, to select the part for which you need to view the serial and lot number details.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Serial # and Lot # Details” link at the bottom of the page, to view the serial and lot number details for the selected part.
