This page allows you to view the comments entered against a task or component work order, by an employee.
Select the “View Employee Comments” link in the “View CWO Execution Information” page.
Note: Ensure that at least one record is selected in the "Task Details" multiline of the “View CWO Execution Information” page.
The “View Employee Comments” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date & Time Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “CWO Details” group box:
Comp. Work Order # |
The component work order selected in the “Select Component Work Order” page. |
Work Scope # |
The number identifying the work scope of the component work order. |
CWO Category |
The category to which the component work order belongs. |
Job Type |
The job type of the component work order. |
Work Center # |
The work center where the task is executed or the component work order is assigned. |
Work Center Description |
The textual description of the work center. Zoom facility available. |
Enter the following in the “Task Details” group box:
Task # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which you need to view the employee comments. The system displays the numbers (along with the sequence number) of all the tasks within the selected component work order. The system leaves this field blank by default. |
The system displays the following field:
Task Description |
The textual description of the task. Zoom facility available. |
Enter the following fields:
Comment Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the comment type. The system lists the options “Execution Comments”, “Delay Comments”, “Sign-Off Comments”, “Employee Comments” and "Closing Comments". Leave this field blank to retrieve all comments, irrespective of the type. The system leaves this field blank by default. |
Comment Date |
The date for which the employee comments must be retrieved (Date Format). By default, the system displays the current server date. |
Employee Code |
The code identifying the employee (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the employee comments of the specified employee code, for the selected task and for the specified date.
The system displays the following in the “Employee Comments” multiline:
Comment Date |
The date on which the employee has provided the comment. |
Employee # |
The number that identifies the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Comment Type |
The type of the comment provided by the employee. |
Employee Comments |
Additional comments pertaining to the employee details for a task. |
Updated By |
The name of the user who modified the comments. |
Updated Date |
The date on which the comments has been modified. |
Updated Time |
The time, in the specified time format, at which the employee started the task. |
ST Seq # |
The sequence in which the sub tasks are to be performed while executing the component work order. |
Sub Tasks |
The sub-tasks that are identified in the “Maintenance Task” business component, requiring sign-off for skill and resource group of the employee. |
