Using Online Help

In this page, you can view the delay information reported against a task or component work order. You can specify the task number for which you need to view the delay information. The system displays the details, such as the delay code, delay description, start date and time of the delay, end date and time of the delay, and actual duration of delay for the selected task. If the task number is not specified, the system displays the delay information for the specified component work order.

The “View Delay Actuals Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date &Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #

The component work order selected in the “Select Component Work Order” page.

Component #

The number that identifies the component on which the component work order has been generated.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order.

Zoom facility available.

CWO Status

The status of the component work order, which could be “Scheduled”, “Inprogress” “Completed”, "Pre-closed" or "Closed".

Part #

The part number of the component on which the component work order has been generated.

Serial #

The serial number of the component on which the component work order has been generated.

Work Center #

The work center to which the selected task or component work order is assigned.

Task #

Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which you need to view the delay details. Mandatory. The system displays the numbers (along with the sequence number) of all the tasks within the selected component work order. The system sets the task number selected in the “View CWO Execution Information” page by default.

Note: If no task number is selected in the “View CWO Execution Information” page, then the system sets the field blank by default.

The system displays the following:

Task Status

The execution status of the selected task for the component work order.

Task Description

The textual description of the selected task.

Note: The system displays the delay information of the selected task. If no task is selected, the system displays the delay information of the corresponding component work order.

The system displays the following in the “Delay Details” multiline:

Work Delay #

The number that identifies the work delay.

Delay Description

The textual description of the work delay.

From Date

The start date of the delay in the specified date format.

From Time

The start time of the delay in the specified time format.

To Date

The end date of the delay in the specified date format.

To Time

The end time of the delay in the specified time format.

Time Unit

The unit of measurement for the delay duration, which could be “Hours”, “Days” or “Minutes”.

Delay Duration

The actual time duration of the delay in hours, days, or minutes.
