Viewing component consumption information for CWO
In this page, you can view the fitment information of all the components that have been issued against the component work order or its tasks. You can view component fitment information, such as the parent part number and serial number to which the component was attached, the position code under that parent where it was installed, installation date and time and outgoing part number and serial number.
Select the “View Component Consumption” link in the “View CWO Execution Information” page.
The “View Components Consumption Information” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date & Time Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “CWO Details” group box:
Comp. Work Order # |
The number that identifies the component work order. |
CWO Description |
The textual description of the component work order. Zoom facility available. |
Component # |
The number that identifies the component on which the component work order has been generated. |
Work Center # |
The number identifying the work center to which the work order has been assigned. |
Part # |
The part number of the component on which the component work order has been generated. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the component on which the component work order has been generated. |
Job Type |
The job type of the selected component work order or task. |
Enter the following field:
Task # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which you need to view component consumption details. The system displays the numbers (along with the sequence number) of all the tasks within the selected component work order. The system sets the task number selected in the “View CWO Execution Information” page by default. If no task number is selected, the system leaves the field blank by default. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton, to retrieve the part fitment details.
The system displays the following information:
Task Description |
The textual description of the task selected. |
The system displays the following in the “Part Fitment Details” multiline on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:
Note: The system retrieves the details of the issued components that are not consumed and the details of the removed components without any issued part.
Object Type |
The object type of the component, which could be “Component”, “Others” or “Miscellaneous”. |
Action |
The action performed on the component. The system displays “Attached”, “Removed” or “Replaced”. |
Incoming Part # |
The number identifying the part that has been issued from the stores. |
Incoming Serial # |
The serial number of the part that has been issued from the stores. |
Issued? |
Indicates whether the component has been issued or not. |
Outgoing Part # |
The part number of the component which was replaced with the issued serial #. |
Serial # Type |
The type of serial number of the component, which could be “Existing” or “New”. |
Manufacturer Serial # |
The serial number issued by the component manufacturer. |
Outgoing Serial # |
The serial number of the component which was replaced with the issued serial #. |
Manufacturer Lot # |
The lot number issued by the manufacturer. |
Outgoing Lot # |
The lot number of the component, which was replaced with the issued component. |
Level Code |
The number identifying the level at which the component is present. |
Position Code |
The position code identifying the physical location where the outgoing part is fitted under the Next Higher Assembly details. |
Consumed? |
Indicates whether you have consumed the component that has been issued from the stores, or not. |
Removal Date |
The date on which the component has been removed. |
Removal Time |
The time at which the component has been removed. |
Removed By |
The code of the employee who removed the component. |
Outgoing component condition |
The condition of the outgoing component, which can be “Serviceable” or “Unserviceable”. |
Removal Type |
The type of removal, which can be “Scheduled”, “Unscheduled” or “Others”. |
Acceptance Ref. # |
The identification number for acknowledgement of conditions under which the part is effective for the NHA component. |
Basic Removal? |
Indicates whether the removal is a basic removal. |
Tag # |
The unique number identifying the tag stuck on the component after removal. |
Installation Date |
The date, in the specified date format, on which the replaceable part is installed in the position code. |
Installation Time |
The time at which the replaceable part is installed. |
Installed By |
The code of the employee who has replaced the part. |
Reason # |
The number identifying the reason why the component was replaced. |
Comments |
Any additional comments pertaining to component consumption. |
Component Replacement # |
The number identifying the component replacement document. |
NHA Part # |
The parent part number (Next Higher Assembly) to which the issued part # - serial # was installed. |
NHA Serial # |
The serial number of the parent part number. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline, to select the part for which you need to view the part configuration or transaction details.

Select the “View Shop Order Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the shop order details.
