Basics of using a Ramco iEnterprise Series 4.0 Web Page

Using Online Help

This section helps you to record all the additional charges or charges that are not included in the flight contract like for example Airport charges, tax, waiting charges and so on.

The “Additional Info.” tab page appears.

Note: You can modify details in this page only if the status of the Flight Sheet is other than "Confirmed", or "Cancelled"  or “Returned”.

Note: Records that are received through EFB cannot be deleted

Entity Code

Use the drop-down list box to specify the code identifying the entity for which you wish to record additional information. Mandatory. The system lists all the values that are in “Active” status as defined for the entity "A/c Charter Service” for the Category Type "Entity Code", in the “Category” business Component.

By default the system leaves this field blank.

The system displays the following field in the multiline:

Entity Desc.

A brief textual description of the entity.

Category Code

Use the drop-down list box to specify the code identifying the category to which the entity belongs. Mandatory. The system lists al the values that are in active status as defined for the entity "A/c Charter Service" for the Category Code "Category Type", in the “Category” business Component.

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Note: Ensure that the Entity Code – Category Code is a unique combination.

The system displays the following field in the multiline:

Category Desc.

A brief textual description of the category.

Value

The value of any additional charges. Mandatory.

Ensure that the value entered in this field is a positive integer.

Remarks

Any comments or additional information.

Modification Comments

Any comments pertaining to the modifications made. Data entry in this field is mandatory if EFB data has been modified.
