Initiate Schedules based Quality Audit – A summary of the activity

Through this activity, you can record vital details of a scheduled quality audit at the time of initiation.

You can record the scope, objective, type, auditor, auditee, location, estimated duration, scheduled date and time of the audit at the time of initiation. You can also specify follow-up and carryover items from the previous audit, if any at the outset of the audit.

Note: A schedule-based quality audit is associated with a quality audit schedule and hence quality audit schedules must be created prior to the audit.

In addition, this activity can be used to,

• Record /edit list of the auditors and auditees mapped to the Audit Report

• Record /edit the list of Checklists mapped to the Audit Report

• Record / edit details of reference documents

• Record audit findings
