 The "Select Quality Audit Schedule" page appears.

Audit Type

Use the drop-down list report to specify the audit type of the report. The system displays the following values: Supplier, Employee, Station, Work Center, Warehouse and, Others.

The system retrieves the reports with the audit type specified here, in the multiline.

Audit Entity

The object of audit, such as .

You can enter the entity in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the entities having the characters entered here.

Entity Name

The name / description of the entity. You can enter the name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the names having the characters entered here.

Schedule Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the audit schedule. The system lists the following: options:

• Active - Indicates that the schedule status is active for the audit.

• Inactive - Indicates that the schedule status is inactive for the audit.

• Terminated - Indicates that the schedule status is terminated for the audit.

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Execution Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the execution status of the audit schedule.

The system retrieves the audit schedules with the execution status specified here.

Audit Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the audit report. The system lists the options:

  • Fresh – Indicates quality audit reports that are in “Fresh” status.

  • Initiated – Indicates that the quality audit report is confirmed and is ready for recording findings

  • Findings Recorded – Indicates that the audit findings have been entered in the audit report and saved.

  • Findings Conf -.Indicates that all the audit findings entered are saved and confirmed ie. no further findings can be reported.

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Checklist Based?

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the audit schedule is based on a checklist. You can select from the options “Yes” or “No”.

Operator Code

Use the drop-down list box to specify the operator code of the maintenance operator. The system lists all the values as defined for the Airline Operator # in the “Common Masters” business component.

Schedule Date<=

The cut-off schedule date.

The system retrieves the audits with schedule date on or before the date specified here.

Due Days<=

The cut-off number of days to go for the Next due date.

The system retrieves the audits with next due date on or before the date specified here

Audit Schedule #

The identification number of the audit schedule.

You can enter the schedule number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the schedule numbers with the digits entered here.

Audit Description

The name / description of the audit.

You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the audits having the characters entered here.

Audit Class

Use the drop-down list box to specify the audit class of the report. The system displays quick codes defined under the Quick Code Category “Audit Category” and whose status is “Active” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity.

The system retrieves the reports with the audit category specified here.

Audit Report #

The identification number of the audit report.

Auditing Agency

Use the drop-down list box to specify the auditing agency. The system displays the following values: Internal, External, Audit Department, and Regulatory Authority.

The system retrieves the reports with the auditing agency specified here.

Lead Auditor # / Name

The employee number of the auditor who leads the audit team.

You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the employee codes having the characters / digits entered here

 

The name of the auditor who leads the audit team for the particular audit.

The “Search Results” multiline displays the following for the records that match the specified search criteria.

Audit Schedule #

The identification number of the audit schedule.

Audit Description

The name / description of the audit.

Audit Type

The type of the audit, such as Supplier, Employee, Station, Work center, Warehouse and, Others.

Checklist Based?

Indicate whether the audit schedule is based on a checklist, which could be “Yes” or “No”.

The execution status of the audit schedule, such as Pending, Initiated and, Not Applicable.

The operator code of the maintenance operator.
