The “Audit Report Details” group box displays the following.

 Audit Report #

The identification number of the audit report.

Report Type

The type of the audit report, such as Scheduled, Adhoc and Direct.

Audit Status

The status of the audit report, such as, Findings Recorded and Findings Confirmed.

Audit Category

The category of the audit report.

Ref. Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list report to specify the type of the reference document. The system displays the following values:

Document Id

The identification number of the reference document.

File Name

The reference document associated with the audit.

Remarks

Any comments on the reference / document.
