View Customer Order – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the customer order details.
You can select a customer order and view the details. You can view general information, work unit details, address details, sub-component information, TCD details, terms and conditions, certificate details, customer-supplied parts information, associated discrepancy details, object details, consolidated material and resource requirements, additional work scope and status log for the customer order.

You can select a customer order and view the details.
Use the “Select Customer Order” page to select a customer order for viewing.
Go to the “View Customer Order” page to view customer order details.
View sub-component information
You can view the details of the sub-components to be serviced and the relevant work units for the sub-components.
Go to the “View Sub-component Information” page to view the sub-component details.
Go to the “View Work Unit Information” page to view work unit information for the sub-component.
Go to the “View Associated Discrepancies” page to view associated discrepancy details.
View terms and conditions details
You can view the various terms and conditions (payment terms, agreement terms, delivery terms, etc.) to which the customer order is applicable.

View customer supplied part details
You can view the details of the parts supplied by the customer to support MRO operations.
Go to the “View Parts Supplied by Customer” page to view the details of the parts supplied by the customer.
You can view the taxes and charges that are applicable for the customer order.
Go to the “View TCD Information” page to view TCD details of the customer order.
You can edit the certificate requirement details for the customer order.
Go to the “Edit Certificate Details” page to edit certificate requirement details of the customer order.
You can view the additional work scope that is attached to the customer order.

View consolidated material and resource requirements
Go to the “View Consolidated Material Requirments” page to view the consolidated material requirement details of the customer order.
Go to the “View Consolidated Resource Requirements” page to view the consolidated resource requirement details of the customer order.
You can view the ship to and bill to address details of the customer for whom the customer order was created.

You can view the discrepancies associated with the work unit and sub-component combination or for the customer order.
