Viewing customer-supplied part details for a customer order

This page displays the details of parts supplied by customer for MRO operations. You can view the details such as part number, the customer part number, whether the part would be replenished by the customer periodically or based on the order. Any comment pertaining to the customer part number is also displayed.

Select the “View Parts Supplied By Customer” link in the “View Customer Order” page.

The “View Parts Supplied By Customer” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Order Details” group box:

Customer Order #	The customer order for which the customer-supplied part information is displayed
Amendment #	The amendment number of the customer order
Description	The textual description of the customer order Zoom facility available
Restriction Type	Indicates whether the parts are supplied by the customer or not, which could be on eof the following: Exclude –Indicates that the parts are not supplied by the customer. Include –Indicates that the parts are supplied by the customer.

The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” multiline:

Part #	The part number supplied by the customer
Part Description	The textual description of the part
Part Type	The type to which the part belongs
Customer Part #	The customer part number
Replenishment Policy	The mode in which the part must be replenished which could be “Periodically” or “Order -based”.
Remarks	Any remark or comment regarding the customer-supplied part
