Selecting customer order for viewing
This page allows you to select a customer order for editing details. Tell me more.
Select the “View Customer Order” link under the “Customer Order” business component.
The “Select Customer Order” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the customer order that must be viewed.
Customer Order # |
The number identifying the customer order that must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 40) |
Select the “View Customer Order” link provided alongside, to view the customer order details.
Select the “View Status Log Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the status log details for the customer order.
To search for a customer order
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a customer order. Data entry in the following fields is optional:
Customer Order # |
The number of the customer order to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the customer order number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all customer order numbers that are similar to the number entered here. |
Order Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the customer order. The system lists the options “Fresh", "Confirmed", "Authorized", "Processed", ”Revoked”, "Closed", "Completed" and "Under Amendment". |
Order Date From |
The starting date in the range of dates during which the customer order was created (Date Format). The system lists all the customer orders that have been raised later than this date. This date must be in the same format as displayed in the “Date Format” field. |
Order Date To |
The ending date in the range of dates during which the customer order was created (Date Format). The system lists all the customer orders that have been raised earlier than this date. This date must be in the same format as displayed in the “Date Format” field. Ensure that this date is later than or the same as the date entered in the “Order Date From” field. |
Aircraft Reg. # |
The aircraft registration number against which the customer order was created (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the aircraft registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all customer order numbers with the aircraft registration number entered here. |
Part # |
The part number against which the customer order was created (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all customer order numbers with the part number entered here. |
Customer # |
The code identifying the customer for which the customer order was created (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the customer code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all customer order numbers with the customer code entered here. |
User Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user status of the customer order. The system lists all the “Active” user statuses that are defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves the customer orders with the user status selected here. |
Order Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category to which the customer order belongs. The system lists all the “Active” order categories that are defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. The system retrieves the customer orders with the category selected here. |
Movement Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the movement status of the maintenance object. The system lists the options “Received”, “Shipped”, “Not Received”, “Partially Received” and “Partially Shipped”. |
Note: The Movement Status is not applicable to customer orders with Order Applicability as “Aircraft”. |

Execution Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the execution status of the customer order. The system lists the options "Allocated", "Released", "In progress" "Closed" “Completed” and “Not Started”. |
Invoice status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the payment status of the customer order. The system lists the options "Invoiced",.”Not Required”, “Pending Invoice”, and “Partially Invoiced”. |
Order Applicability |
Use the drop-down list box to select the order applicability. The system lists the following:

Priority |
The Priority identifies the level of urgency with which an activity has to be executed. Use the drop-down list box to select any one of the options. Example, “High”, “Low”, “Normal” etc; The system retrieves the customer orders based on the priority selected here. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results in the multiline.

Order Date |
The date on which the customer order was created |
Order Applicability |
The maintenance object for which the customer order is applicable, which could be “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine” or “Others”. |

The Priority identifies the level of urgency with which an activity must be executed. Example, “High”, “Low”, “Normal” etc; |

The aircraft registration number against which the customer order was created |
Part # |
The part number against which the customer order was created |
Serial # |
The serial number against which the customer order was created |
Customer # |
The code of the customer for whom the customer order was created |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer |
Movement Status |
The movement status of the maintenance object, which could be “Received”, “Issued for Shipping” or “Shipped” |
Execution Status |
The execution status of the customer order, which could be "Allocated", "Released", "In progress" or "Closed" |
Invoice status |
The payment status of the customer order, which could be "Invoiced", "Payment Received" or "Fully Invoiced" |

The textual description of the customer order |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the customer order for viewing details.
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “View Customer Order” link at the bottom of the page to view the customer order details.
Select the “View Status Log Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the status log details for the customer order.
Selecting customer order for viewing - An overview
This page enables you to search for a customer order for viewing the details. If you know the customer order number you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the customer order number, status, range of customer order dates, aircraft registration number, part number, customer number, user status, customer order category, movement status, execution status and payment status. The system displays the customer order details that match the filter criteria in the multiline. You can select a customer order and view the details.
