Viewing address details for a customer order

This page helps you to view address details of the bill to and ship to customers identified for a customer. The system displays the bill to customer code, bill to address, ship to customer code, ship to address, name of the contact person, work phone number, e-mail and fax details.

Select the “View Address Details” link at the bottom of the “View Customer Record” page.

The “View Address Details” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Order Details” group box:

Customer Order #	The customer order for which the address details are displayed
Amendment #	The amendment number of the customer order
Status	The status of the customer order

The system displays the following fields in the “Bill To Address” group box:

Bill To Customer #	The customer to which the service is billed
Bill To Address	The address of the bill to customer
Address	The primary address for billing purposes Zoom facility available
Contact Person	The name of the contact person
Work Phone #	The work phone number
E-mail	The e-mail address
Fax	The fax number

The system displays the following fields in the “Ship To Address” group box:

Ship To Customer #	The customer to whom the serviced goods are to be shipped
Ship To Address	The address of the bill to customer
Address	The primary address for billing purposes Zoom facility available
Contact Person	The name of the contact person
Work Phone #	The work phone number
Fax	The fax number
E-mail	The e-mail address
