This page allows you to view the details of the component work order. Tell me more.

The “View Component Work Order Information” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Component Work Order Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #

The CWO number for which the details are displayed.

CWO Status

The status of the CWO which could be one of the following:

  • Fresh – When the component work order is created.

  • Scheduled – When the component work order is scheduled.

  • In Progress – When the execution of the component work order is in progress.

  • Completed – When the execution of the component work order is completed.

  • Closed – When the component work order is closed.

  • Pre-Closed – When the component work order is preclosed.

  • Canceled – When the component work order is canceled.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order.

Zoom facility available.

Work Order Type

The type of work order, which can be “planned” or “unplanned”.

Job Type

The job type of the component work order, which can be “Component”, “Receipt-Inspection”, “Facility”, “Piece Part”,  “Make”, “Project” or “Miscellaneous”.

Child WO Count

The number of child component work orders for this component work order.

CWO Priority

The priority assigned to the component work order.

CWO Category

The category to which the component work order belongs.

Maintenance Type

The maintenance type to which the CWO belongs.

User Status

The user-defined status of the component work order.

Authorization Status

The authorization status of the component work order. The system displays “Pending Authorization” or “Not Required”.

Expense Type

The expense type of the component work order that could be either “Revenue” or “Forecast”.

CAPEX Proposal #

The capital expense proposal number applicable to the component work order.

Precedence CWO #

The component work order, which must be executed prior to the current component work order.

Parent CWO #

The parent component work order of the current component work order.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order.

Zoom facility available.

CWO Status

The status of the CWO which could be one of the following:

 

  • Fresh – When the component work order is created.

 

  • Scheduled – When the component work order is scheduled.

 

  • In Progress – When the execution of the component work order is in progress.

 

  • Completed – When the execution of the component work order is completed.

 

  • Closed – When the component work order is closed.

 

  • Pre-Closed – When the component work order is pre-closed.

 

  • Cancelled – When the component work order is cancelled.

CWO Comments

Any additional comments or remarks about the component work order.

The system displays the following details in the “Customer Order Details” group box:

Customer Order #

The number identifying the customer order against which the component work orderis raised.

Promised Delivery Date

The date on which the serviced maintenance object is to be delivered to the customer.

Customer Order Desc.

The textual description of the customer order.

Zoom facility available.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer for which the component work order is created.

The system displays the following in the “Component Work Order Attributes” group box:

CoM Required

If the box appears checked, it indicates that certificate of maintenance is required after the work order execution. If the box appears unchecked, it indicates that certificate of maintenance is not required after the work order execution.

A.O.G

If the box appears checked, it indicates that the work order can be executed on the component in top priority when the aircraft is on the ground.

If the box appears unchecked, it indicates that the work order can be executed on the component in normal priority, as the aircraft is not grounded.

The system displays the following fields in the “Main Component Logistics” group box:

Main Core Issue

Contains one of the following:

Required - Indicates that the component has to be issued from stores during the maintenance activity.

Not Required – Indicates that issue of the component is not required.

Object Type

The object type of the component. This field displays the following information if the “Main Core Issue” field is set to “Required”:

  • If the “Parent Removal” field in “Component Maintenance Program” is set to “Not Required”, the system displays “Order Component” in this field.

  • If the “Parent Removal” field in CMP is defined as “NHA”, “LRU” or “EPIN”, the system displays “Higher Assembly” in this field.

  • If the “Parent Removal” field in CMP is defined as “Specific”, the system displays “Others” in this field.

  • If the component does not have a component maintenance program associated to it, the system displays “Order Component” in this field.

  • If the component has a component maintenance program that is in “Fresh” status, the system displays “Order Component” in this field.

If the “Main Core Issue” field is set as “Not Required”, the system leaves this field blank.

The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created by

The name of the user who created the component work order.

Created Date

The date on which the component work order was created.

Authorized by

The name of the user who authorized the component work order.

Authorized Date

The date on which the component work order was authorized.

Last Modified by

The name of the user who last modified the component work order.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the component work order was last modified.

Viewing CWO details – An overview

View Component Work Order - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the details of the component work order selected in the “Select Component Work Order” page. You can view details such as CWO number, description, work order type, job type, maintenance type, status, user-status and whether it is scheduled or not. The source document details such as the source document number, its type, component replacement number, parent CWO, precedence CWO and the number of the child CWO of the current CWO can be viewed.

The other details such as the CWO category, CWO priority, the estimated time and man-hours, whether the certificate of maintenance is required or not and whether the maintenance work can be done on the component when the aircraft is on the ground can also be viewed in this page. You can view component details such as the part number, serial number of the component, part description, component number, ATA chapter number and whether the component is under warranty or not.

The work center, its description and the schedule details such as the planned start and end dates for component work order execution along with the number of times the CWO has been rescheduled are displayed.

The details of the task such as the task number and the sequence, revision number, task description, task priority, time unit, total time and man-hours estimated for task, the date and time at which the task execution will be started and completed and the status can be viewed.

You can also view the component work order estimates such as the total cost that will be incurred on the CWO, cost that will be incurred on the child CWOs, material cost, labor cost, facilities cost and any other extra cost specified for the component work order.
