Viewing CWO - task rescheduling history
This page allows you to view the rescheduling history details of the Component Work Order or the tasks associated to it. Tell me more.
Select the “View Rescheduled History” link at the bottom of the “View Component Work Order Information” page.
The “View Component Work Order – Task Rescheduling History” page appears.
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following details in the “Component Work Order Details” group box:
Comp. Work Order # |
The component work order for which you the rescheduling history details are displayed. |
Maintenance Type |
The maintenance type to which the component work order belongs. |
CWO Description |
The textual description of the component work order. Zoom facility available. |
Work Center # |
The work center that is responsible for the component work order execution. |
Part # |
The part number to which the component belongs. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the component against which the component work order is raised. |
Component # |
The component against which the component work order is raised. |
CWO Reschedule Count |
The number of times the component work order has been rescheduled. |
Planned Start Date & Time |
The date and time at which the component work order execution was planned to be started. |
Revised Start Date & Time |
The revised date and time at which the component work order execution will be started. |
Planned End Date & Time |
The date and time at which the component work order execution was originally planned to be completed. |
Revised End Date & Time |
The revised date and time at which the component work order execution will actually be completed. |

Task # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which the rescheduling history details must be viewed. The system lists all the tasks that are already associated to the component work order. The system displays the number as a combination of the task number and sequence number. Leave this field blank to view the rescheduling history details for the entire component work order. |
The system displays the following fields:
Task Description |
The textual description of the task. Zoom facility available. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the rescheduling history details that have already been defined for the selected task.
The system displays the following details in the “Scheduling History” multiline:
Reschedule Count |
The number of times the task associated to the component work order has been rescheduled. |
Status |
The status of the task. |
Planned Start Date |
The date on which the task execution was originally planned for start. |
Planned Start Time |
The time at which the task execution was originally planned for start. |
Planned End Date |
The date on which the task execution was originally planned for completion. |
Planned End Time |
The time at which the task execution was originally planned for completion. |
Revised Start Date |
The revised date on which the task execution will actually be started. |
Start Time |
The revised time at which the task execution will actually be started. |
Revised End Date |
The revised date on which the task execution will actually be completed. |
End Time |
The revised time at which the task execution will actually be completed. |
Schedule Remarks |
Any remark or comment pertaining to the rescheduling of the task. |
Viewing CWO task rescheduling history – An overview
The component work order or the tasks associated to it, are rescheduled due to some changes in the planning or unexpected delays. The rescheduling can be done in the “Schedule Component Work Order” activity. This page allows you to view the rescheduling history details of the CWO or the tasks associated to it. You can view the number of times the task was rescheduled, status of the task, range of planned start and end dates for task execution, revised start and end dates, planned start and end time, revised start and end time and remarks pertaining to the rescheduling of the task.
