Viewing Associated Discrepancy / Maintenance Report
This page allows you to view the details of the discrepancy or maintenance report associated to a component work order at a given point of time.
Select the “View Associated Discrepancy / Maintenance Report” link at the bottom of the “View Component Work Order Information” page.
The “View Associated Discrepancy / Maintenance Report” page appears.
The system displays the following details in the “CWO Details” group box:
Comp. Work Order # |
The component work order for which the associated discrepancy or maintenance report details are displayed. |
Component # |
The component for which the component work order is created |
Part # |
The part number to which the component belongs. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the component against which the component work order is raised. |
CWO Description |
The textual description of the component work order. Zoom facility available. |
Job Type |
The job type of the component work order, which can be “Component”., “Receip-Inspection”, “Facility”, “Piece Mart”, “Make”, “Project” or “Miscellaneous”. |
Piece Part # |
The part number identifying the piece part for which the CWO has been raised. |
Piece Part Description |
The textual description of the piece part. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Discrepancy / MR Details” multiline:
Document # |
The number identifying the discrepancy or maintenance report associated to the component work order. |
Document Type |
The type of document, which can be “Discrepancy” or “Maintenance report”. |
Description |
The textual description of the discrepancy or maintenance report. |
Source Document Type |
The source document type of discrepancy or maintenance report, which could be “Tech Log”, “Hangar Work Order” and “Component Work Order”. |
Source Document # |
The number identifying the source document |
Record Status |
The status of the discrepancy or maintenance report, which could be “Fresh” or “Pending” or “Under Resolution”. |
Discrepancy Type |
The type of the discrepancy, such as MIREP and Non-Routine. |
Processing Status |
The processing status of the discrepancy or maintenance report which could be “Under Analysis” or “Analyzed”. |
Tracking Status |
The tracking status of the discrepancy or maintenance report, which is a user defined quick code. |
Remedial Action |
The action that is recommended for rectifying the discrepancy or maintenance report |
Task # |
The number identifying the task that has been executed. |
Transfer To Part # |
The part number to which the discrepancy or maintenance report to be transferred |
Transfer To Serial # |
The serial number of the part to which the discrepancy or maintenance report to be transferred |
Transfer To Component # |
The component number to which the discrepancy or maintenance report to be transferred |
ATA # |
The ATA chapter of the component # to which the discrepancy or maintenance report is associated. |
Work Center # |
The work center in which the inspection was carried out. |
Reported By |
The code identifying the employee who reported the discrepancy on the component |
Rectified By |
The code identifying the employee who rectified the discrepancy / MR reported |
Inspected By |
The code identifying the employee who inspected the component for the discrepancy / MR reported |
Reported Date |
The date on which the discrepancy was reported |
Inspected Date |
The date on which the component was inspected for discrepancy. |
Maint. Report # |
The maintenance report number associated to the discrepancy |

Select the “View Discrepancy” link at the bottom of the page to view discrepancy details.
Select the “View Maintenance Report” link at the bottom of the page to view maintenance report details.
