This page allows you to view the details of the sub component work orders. Tell me more.

The “View Component – Sub Work Order Information” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #

The component work order for which the sub CWO details are displayed.

Maintenance Type

The maintenance type to which the component work order belongs.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order.

 Work Center #

The work center that is responsible for component work order execution.

Part #

The part number to which the component belongs.

Serial #

The serial number of the component against which the component work order is raised.

CWO Status

The status of the CWO, which could be “Fresh”, “Scheduled”, “In Progress”, “Completed”, “Closed”, "Pre-Closed" or “Canceled”.

Child CWO Count

The number of child CWOs of the current CWO.

The system displays the following fields in the “Sub-Component Work Order Details” multiline:

Comp. Work Order #

The number identifying the child or sub component work order.

CWO Description

The textual description of the sub component work order.

CWO Status

The status of the sub CWO, which could be “Fresh”, “Authorized”, “Scheduled”, “In Progress”, “Completed”, “Closed”, "Pre-Closed" or “Cancelled”.

Work Center #

The work center that is responsible for sub component work order execution.

Part #

The part number to which the component belongs.

Part Serial #

The serial number of the component against which the sub component work order is raised.

Component #

Viewing component - sub work order information – An overview

View Component Work Order - A summary of the activity

While performing inspection or maintenance work on a component, a sub component may be found defective or malfunctioning that will lead to the creation of sub component work order or child component work order. A component work order can have one or more sub or child component work orders associated to it.

You can view the details of the sub component work orders in this page. The child CWO number, description, status of the child CWO, the work center that is responsible for the child CWO execution, part number, serial number of the component and the component against which the child CWO is raised are displayed in the multiline.
