Viewing CWO - task status history
This page allows you to view the details of the status history of the component work order and the tasks associated to it. Tell me more.
Select the “View Component Work Order – Task Status History” link at the bottom of the “View Component Work Order Information” page.
The “View Component Work Order – Task Status History” page appears.
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following details in the “CWO Details” group box:
Comp. Work Order # |
The component work order for which the CWO task status history details are displayed. |
Maintenance Type |
The maintenance type to which the component work order belongs. |
CWO Description |
The textual description of the component work order. Zoom facility available. |
Work Center # |
The work center that is responsible for component work order execution. |
Part # |
The part number to which the component belongs. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the component against which the component work order is raised. |
Enter the following field:
Task # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which the status history details must be viewed. The system lists all the tasks that are already associated to the component work order. The system displays the number as a combination of the task number and sequence number. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details.
The system displays the following details in the “CWO - Task History Details” multiline:
Status Change Date |
The date on which the status of the task or CWO was changed. |
From Status |
The original status of the task or CWO. |
To Status |
The modified status of the task or CWO. |
Changed By |
The name of the user who changed the status. |
Planned Start Date |
The date on which the task or CWO execution is planned for start. |
Planned End Date |
The date on which the task or CWO execution is planned for completion. |
Viewing CWO task status history – An overview
In this page, you can view the details of the status history of the component work order and the tasks associated to it. The component work order can attain the following statuses:
Fresh – When the component work order is created in the “Create Component Work Order” activity.
Scheduled – When the component work order is scheduled or rescheduled in the “Schedule Component Work Order” activity.
In Progress – When the execution of the component work order is in progress and actuals are reported in the “Component Work Reporting” business component.
Completed – When the execution of the component work order is completed.
Closed – When the component work order is closed.
Cancelled – When the component work order is cancelled in the “Edit Component Work Order” or “Authorize Component Work Order” activity.
The details can be viewed at the CWO or task level. Details such as the date on which the status was changed, the previous status, the changed status, the user who changed the status, the range of the planned start and end dates for the CWO task or the CWO, are displayed.
