View Account Definition – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view all the accounts that have been defined for various purposes. You can search for the account defined and select it based on the finance book to which it has been mapped and the date range in which the account is effective.

You can view the details of an asset account, additional account, bank/cash account, the consumption accounts - aircraft account and component account, part account, TCD account, internal and external customer receivables account, internal and external supplier payables accounts, sale account, sale TCD account, service sale account and VAT account. You can also view the usage that has been defined for an additional account.

This activity also allows you to view the default accounts that have been set. Apart from the account definitions, the functional defaults that have been set in this business component can also be viewed.
