Increments – An Overview

Getting familiar with the activities inside

The Increments component is used to create each increment set, and specify the terms and conditions that will determine the eligibility of employees for the increment set. You can also process the increment set, as well as authorize the processed employee records.

All increment information is updated to the base salary of the eligible employees. The updates take place in the Employee Compensation Information component, where every employee’s base salary and other compensation details are maintained.
