View Processed Increments - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you, as an HR administrator, can select an increment set, and view its processing details. You are to specify
The organization unit for which the increment set is applicable
The unique ID of the increment set.
If the increment is Annual, the increment, month and year could be selected for viewing. Otherwise the effective date for adhoc increment could be selected. You also have the option to narrow down the search of records by specifying the search criteria for which you want to view the details, such as
Employee Code
Grade Set Code
Grade Code
The range of Increment Effective Dates
The process status of the increment set.
The system will retrieve the required employee records and display the processing details of the increment set that you specified.
