Edit Quality Audit Report – A summary of the activity

Through this activity, you can modify a scheduled or ad hoc quality audit report.

You must have created the quality audit report using the “Initiate Quality Audit” / “Initiate Schedules based Quality Audit” activity.

In addition, you can also

• Record / edit details of reference documents

• Record /edit list of the auditors and auditees mapped to the Audit Report

• Record /edit the list of Checklists mapped to the Audit Report

• Record findings after at the end of the audit
