Hire Process General Information – An Overview

Getting familar with the activities inside

This component is used to maintain the employee information of recruiters, external and internal assessors, and panel of interviewers for recruitment.  You can maintain details of the sourcing methods, exercises for evaluation, and internal and external venues for tests.  In addition, you can set parameter values for recruitment that is best suited for your organization.  These parameters vary from organization to organization as they are linked to the business practices of the organization.  All these information are maintained in the General Information component using the activities mentioned in the activity table.
