Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the employee code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you can enter one or more characters that the employee code contains. Optionally, you can enter the employment unit, employee name, department short description, assignment number, position title and job title to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Select the desired hire process general information unit to which the recruiter must be attached, from the drop-down list box. |

To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1, EC*C1 and ECC1*. |
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Department Short Description |
To view all the department descriptions, type in the starting character or characters of these department descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
Assignment No |
Specify the assignment number. Access the “Employment Information” component, to specify the assignment number for the particular employee. |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee who is identified as a recruiter. |
Job Title |
The job title of the employee who is identified as a recruiter. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of employee records satisfying these search criteria.
Note: To perform an effective search, enter maximum number of fields in the search criteria. If no search conditions are specified, then all the records are fetched and displayed.
The multiline displays the employee code, employee name, position title, department short description, job title, assignment number, employment unit and recruiter that satisfy your search criteria.
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee identified as a recruiter. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee identified as a recruiter. |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee identified as a recruiter. |
Department Short Description |
A short description of the department to which the recruiter belongs. |
Job Title |
The job title of the employee identified as a recruiter. |
Assignment No |
The assignment number of the employee identified as a recruiter. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the recruiter belongs. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the recruiter’s details.
