The Create Sourcing Methods activity enables you to create a new sourcing method and associate it to an organization unit group. For a particular job or set of jobs in an organization unit group, suitable applicants or resumes of suitable candidates can be obtained through various sourcing methods. Examples of source types are media, campus, internal selection, websites and consultants. 

When you define a sourcing method, the source type must be specified. If the source type is a staffing agency, specify the organization code.  If the source type is not a staffing agency, then relevant details like the service period, address, contact person, contact numbers and email address must be specified. The users, who are allowed to log into the system to enter data regarding resumes, must be defined.  The service agreements and payment details concerning the sourcing organization must be specified.
