In the main screen, if the inactive check box is not checked, then the status is displayed as “No” in this screen. If it is checked, then the status is displayed as “Yes”. |

The address of the venue. |

Country |
The name of the country. By default, the drop-down list displays “select”. You have to select the required country name from the drop-down list box. |

The name of the state. By default, the drop-down list box displays “select”. You have to select the required sate name from the drop-down list box. |

The postal code of the state you selected in the drop-down list box. |

The phone number of the venue. |

The contact person of the external venue. |

The home page address of the venue. |

The system displays the details of infrastructure of the venue in the following multiline.

Infrastructure |
The infrastructure that is available in the venue. For example, computers, table and chairs. |

Available Units |
The number of infrastructure that is available in the venue. For example, the available units can be 10 computers. |

Cost Per Unit |
Defines the cost per unit of the infrastructure. |

Duration, if Hire Purchase |
If the infrastructure is hired, this field indicates the time period for which the basic infrastructure is being hired. For example, a company may hire computers for a duration of 3 weeks to 3 months. |

Currency |
The currency in which the costs are mentioned. |
