The “External Assessor” activity helps to define the assessor who is external to the organization. In this activity, you can also capture the details pertaining to the external assessor such as, the code and description of his organization, address, contact numbers and email address. The competencies possessed by the assessor must also be specified.

This activity also allows you to specify whether the assessor must be made available to all the organizational units within the enterprise, only those to which the login user is attached or to distinct organizational units.
