Cancel / Edit RFQ – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to modify or cancel the request for quotation. The “Select RFQ” page allows you to select the request for quotation for modification. You can also cancel the request for quotation in this activity. The “Edit RFQ” page allows you to modify the request for quotation, which is in “Draft” or “Fresh” status.

What you can do in this activity
Modify the request for quotation details
You can carry out a search for request for quotation document and cancel selected request for quotations. Once cancelled, the request for quotation cannot be used in any transaction. Only request for quotations, which are in “Draft” or “Fresh” status, can be cancelled.
Use the “Select RFQ” page, to provide search criteria and select a request for quotation for cancellation.
Enter the reason for RFQ cancellatoin.
Click the “Cancel RFQ” pushbutton, to cancel the selected request for quotations.
The system updates the status of the request for quotation to “Cancelled”.
Modify the request for quotation details
Only request for quotations, which are in “Draft” or “Fresh” status, can be modified.
Use the “Edit RFQ” page, to modify the general details pertaining to the request for quotation.
Use the “Edit Terms & Conditions” page, to modify the terms and conditions for the request for quotation.
Use the “Edit Schedule & Distribution” page, to specify the delivery schedule for the parts in the request for quotation.
Use the “Edit Quality Attribute Details” page, to specify quality attribute details of the parts.
Use the “Edit Supplier Selection” page to specify the suppliers to whom the RFQ needs to be sent.
Use the “Edit PR coverage details” page to specify the PR number to be covered.
Use the “Edit User Defined Details” page, to specify the user-defined detials for the request for quotation.
