Entering the user defined details for the RFQ

This page allows you to enter any user-defined information for the request for quotation.
Select the “Edit User Defined Details” link at the bottom of the “Create RFQ”” page.
The “Edit User Defined Details” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “RFQ Details” group box:

RFQ # |
The number identifying the request for quotation document. |
|
RFQ Date |
The date on which the RFQ was created. |
Enter the following in the “RFQ Details” group box.

RFQ User Defined Detail 1 |
Any additional details pertaining to the RFQ (Alphanumeric, 15). |

RFQ User Defined Detail 2 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the RFQ (Alphanumeric, 15). |

RFQ User Defined Detail 3 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the RFQ (Alphanumeric, 15). |

RFQ User Defined Detail 4 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the RFQ (Alphanumeric, 15). |

RFQ User Defined Option 1 |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined options for the RFQ. The system lists the active quotation user options that are defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |

RFQ User Defined Option 2 |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined options for the RFQ. The system lists the active quotation user options that are defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |

RFQ User Defined Option 3 |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined options for the RFQ. The system lists the active quotation user options that are defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined options for the RFQ. The system lists the active quotation user options that are defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |

Remarks |
Any other additional comments regarding the user-defined details recorded for the RFQ (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Click the “Edit User Defined Details” pushbutton, to store the user-defined details entered.
The system stores the login ID of the user and updates the last modification date with the system date.

You can specify any user-defined details that are applicable for the RFQ.
Use the Edit User Defined Details” page to modify the user defined details. drop-down list box to select the line number of the RFQ for which the user-defined details must be entered.
