You can view the base salary details of the employee consequent to promotion/transfer or promotion with transfer.
Go to “View Employee Promotion/Transfer” page.
Select the “View Compensation Details” pushbutton at the bottom of the page.
The system displays the “View Base Salary” page which you can use to make the necessary changes to the base salary details of the employee.
You can view the compensation details of other employees in the organization having the same work experience or qualifications etc., but holding different assignments and compare the same with the employee’s compensation details.
