The system displays the following detail at the top of the page.
Unit Structure Setup |
The organization unit in which the unit structure component is deployed for processing unit structure activities for the employment units interacting with it. |
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Job Code |
The unique code of the job to which you want to map the required competencies. |
Job Title |
The title of the job for which you are mapping the required competencies. |
Job Description |
The unique description of the job to which you want to map the required competencies. |
The system lists in the “Applicable Competencies” multiline, the competencies specified for the job.
Competency Code |
The unique code of the competency specified for the job. |
Competency Description |
The description of the corresponding competency. |
Competency MDL |
The minimum desired level of the corresponding competency. Indicates the minimum extent to which the competency must be present in an employee. If the MDL for the competency “Communication Skills”, is, for example, 35 or 45 , then this indicates the minimum extent to which the competency must be present in the employee. The maximum value could be set in the system parameters as 100, 200 etc. Depending on the maximum value set in the system parameters, the user can assign the minimum desired level. |
