View visit package – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the details of the visit package that is already defined. The “Select Visit Package” page allows you to select the visit package to be viewed and you can view the complete details of the visit package in the “View Visit Package” page.

You can view the part details and the resource details in the “View Material Requirements” and “View Resources Requirements” pages. The relationship between the primary and the dependent task can be viewed in the “View Task relationship” details page. You can view the entire details pertaining to a work unit  in the “View Work Unit Dates and References” page. The “View Access Panel Task” page allows you to view the access panel and access panel task details for performing the task. The “View Revision History” page allows you to view the number of revisions the visit package has undergone. You can view the various statuses of the visit package in the “View Status Log” page.

The execution details of the visit package can be viewed in the “Review Visit Package Execution” page. The work order details associated to the visit package can be viewed in the “Review Work Order Information” page. You can view the sub work order associated to the work order in the “Sub-Work Order Information” page. The time spent by the employee for performing the task in the work order in the “Review Employee Work” page. You can view the resource usage details and the part consumption details in the “Review Resource Usage” and “Review Part Consumption” pages. The discrepancy associated to the work order in the visit package can be viewed in the “Review Discrepancy Information” page. You can view the delay details for the work order in the “Review Work Delay Information” page.

The component removals that are performed as part of the visit package can be viewed in the “Review Component Removal Details” page.

The “Review Non-Routine Task Performed” page allows you to view the non-routine task that was performed as part of the planned or unplanned corrective work orders. You can view the material cost and the part cost incurred for executing the work order can be viewed in the “Review Material Cost Information” and “Review Resource Cost Information” page.
