Viewing resource requirement for visit package

In this page you can view the details of the resources that are required for executing the visit package. Tell me more

Select the “View Resource Requirements” link at the bottom of the “View Visit Package” page.

The “View Resources Requirements” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Visit Package Details” group box:

Visit Package #	The visit package number for which the resource requirements must be viewed.
Revision #	The latest revision number of the visit package. The system leaves the field blank if the revision number does not exist for the visit package.
Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the visit package is applicable.
Aircraft Model #	The aircraft model to which the aircraft belongs.
Primary Work Center #	The work center to which a visit package is allotted. This work center indicates the place for maintenance execution.
Primary Work Center Desc	The textual description of the work center. Zoom facility available.

Enter the following:

Resource Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the resource for which the details are to be viewed. The available options are “Skills”. “Tools”, “Equipment” and “Others”. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Click the “Get details” pushbutton to retrieve the resource details that have already been defined for the visit package, revision number and resource type combination.

The system displays the following in the “Resource Details” multiline:

Resource #	The resource required for completing the task.
Time Unit	The unit of measurement for the resource time, which could be “Hours”, “Minutes” or “Days”.
Est. Time	The number of hours, minutes or days for which the resource is required to complete the task.
Est. Nos.	The number of resources required for completing the task.
Resource Description	The description of the resource.
Resource Type	The type of the resource.

In this page you can view the details of the resources that are required for executing the visit package. Details such as the resource code, resource description, time unit, estimated duration and the number of resources required, can be viewed against each resource type.
