Viewing non-routine task details

In this page, you can view the non-routine task that was performed as part of the planned or unplanned corrective work orders. Tell me more

Select the “Review Non Routine Task Performed” link at the bottom of the “Review Visit Package Execution” page.

The “Review Non-Routine Task Performed” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Visit Package Details” group box:

Visit Package #	The visit package number for which the non-routine task details must be viewed.
Revision #	The revision number of the visit package.
Aircraft Reg #	The number identifying the aircraft for which the visit package is applicable.
Status	The status of the visit package. The system displays either one of the following:
	Fresh – when the visit package details are created.
	Confirm- when the visit package details are confirmed.
	Partly Released – when the part of the visit package details are released for execution.
	Released – when the visit package is released for execution.
	Closed – when all the activities (including administrative) related to a visit package have been completed.
Visit Type	The type of the visit package, which could be “Planned” or “Unplanned”.
Visit Category	The category to which the visit package belongs.

The system displays the following in the “Task Details” multiline:

Task #	The task that was performed as a part of corrective work order.
Work Order #	The number identifying the corrective work order for which the task is performed.
Work Center #	The work center where the task was executed.
Actual Start Date & Time	The actual date and time on which the task execution was started.
Actual End Date & Time	The actual date and time on which the task execution was completed.
Actual Man Hours	The actual man-hours required for completing the task.
Task Description	The description of the task.
Work Order Description	The description of the work order.
Work Center description	The description of the work center.

Viewing non-routine task details – An overview

In this page, you can view the non-routine task that was performed as part of the planned or unplanned corrective work orders. The system displays the non-routine task number, work order for which the non-routine task was performed, work center where the task was executed is displayed. Also the actual starting and ending date and time of the task execution, actual man hours spent on the task and the description of the task, work order and work center are displayed.
