Defining multiple pricelist
Select the “Max Price – Appl. Pricelists” tab to capture Ref. Catalogue IDs and its Price Factors.
Note: This tab appears only if the ‘Factored on’ is set as “Price List with Max Price” in the “Factored Pricing” tab.
This tab page allows the user to define multiple pricelist at a line level. If ‘Factored On’ is selected as ‘Pricelist with Max Price’ for a line in the Factored Pricing tab, then the user can define more than one Reference Catalogue (or) OEM pricelist for that pricing line in ‘Max Price – Appl. Pricelist’ page.
Enter the following fields in the multiline:
Pricing Element |
Use the drop down list box to specify the that pricing elements that is, Part Price, Flat Exchange Fee, Exchange Fee with Repair, Handling Fee, Buy Back. This combo control loads the Pricing Elements provided if the Pricing definition available for the respective Pricing elements under Factored Pricing Definition. |
Line Detail |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the line number corresponding to the selected pricing element. The system lists all the line numbers whose ‘Factored On’ rule is provided as ‘Pricelist with Max. Price’ for the respective pricing element under ‘Factored Pricing’ tab. |
Pricing Criteria |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the basis on which maximum price is to be arrived for the given line. The system lists the following options if the ‘Factored On’ is set as ‘Pricelist with Max. Price’ under the ‘Factored Pricing’ tab.

Line Detail |

Indicates OEM / Ref. Catalogues which are in ‘Active’ status. |

Price Factor |
Indicates the Markup factor to be applied on the rate derived from the respective pricelist. Note that value in this field can be specified only when the ‘Multiple Price Factor’ is set as ‘Yes’ against the respective Line # selected in ‘Line Detail’ field under the ‘Factored Pricing’ tab. |
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “Pricing Profile” tab to select attributes for each pricing element based on which factored pricing is defined.
Select the “Factored Pricing” tab to define the price factor at each pricing element level.
Select the “Ref. Pricelist Priority” tab to define priority for alternate pricelist.
Select the "Slab Definitions" tab to define the price factor and Base Adj. factor based on the slab against a pricing line.
Select the “Direct Pricing” tab to define prices directly.
Select the "Price Factor Details" tab to define factor pricing breakups.
