Transportation Claim – An Overview

The Transportation Claim component is used to apply, edit, view, and authorize the public and private transportation claims of the employees through the activities that are briefly explained below.

Applying for public transportation claim

This activity is used to apply for public transportation claim for an employee, if the mode of transport is public, such as car, MRT, or bus.

Editing public transportation claim

This activity is used to modify or delete the public transportation claim of an employee.  Editing of a public transportation claim is possible, only if the claim is drafted, pending for authorization, or rejected.

Viewing public transportation claim

This activity is used to view the details of the public transportation claim of an employee.

Authorizing public transportation claim

This activity is used to authorize the claim amount of a public transportation claim of an employee.

Applying for private transport claim

This activity is used to apply for private transport claim for an employee, if the mode of transport is a private car, private bus, or motorcycle.

Editing private transport claim

This activity is used to modify or delete the private transport claim of an employee.  Editing of a private transport claim is possible, only if the claim is drafted, pending for authorization, or rejected. 

Viewing private transport claim

This activity is used to view the details of the private transport claim of an employee.

Authorizing private transport claim

This activity is used to authorize the claim amount of a private transport claim of an employee.
