Post Resume - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you as a member of the CHR team can record the details of resumes and allocate these resumes to hire request. You can also record:
Interview results of the applicant
Employment details of the applicant when he/she is selected for a post after successful evaluation.
The following resume information is required:
Personal details including name, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality and ethnicity.
Contact address, telephone and mobile numbers, and email address.
Work permit details, if the applicant is a non-european.
Details of qualification including the institution from where the applicant secured the degree, pass grade set and period of study.
History of previous work experience
Details of references
Proficiency in languages
Expected salary and the date by which the applicant can join duty
Action and Status: In this stage of hire process, you can act on a resume in the following ways: allocate the resume to a vacancy, talent bank the resume or reject the resume. It is not mandatory to take any action on the resume. The system sets the status of the resume as per the action taken. The actions and their resulting status are as follows:
