Through this activity, you can edit a union. Unions are the groups into which employees are classified for benefit related, employment related or other purposes. To edit and define a union, you are to specify the following details:
A unique code to identify the union
The name for the union
The name of the membership in the union.
The registration details such as, the date on which the union has been registered and the registration number.
The complete address where the union is situated specifying the country, state, city/town etc.
The phone and fax numbers of the union.
The email address and the website address of the union.
The details of a contact person in the Union such as, the name, phone, fax and mobile number and email address.
The details of the office bearers of the union such as, their names, addresses, phone and fax numbers.
Apart from creating and defining a union with the above details, you can also edit the committees in the union as well as the local groups of the union. The committees refer to the different panels, which are edited for administrative purposes or for executing other tasks.
