The “Edit Union” page appears.
The system displays the following details at the top right of the page.

HR General Information Unit |
The organization unit in which the HR General Information component is deployed. Tell me more |
Union Code |
A unique code to identify the Union. |
Union Name |
The name of the union. |
Membership Name |
The name of the membership in the union. |
Inactive |
The active or inactive status of the union. You can activate or deactivate the union, whenever necessary. If the union is in active status, it indicates that it is available for use in other activities. |

Date of Registration |
The date on which the union is registered. |
Registration No. |
The number assigned to the union at the time of registration. |
Address |
The complete address of the union. |
Country |
The country to which the union belongs. From the drop-down list box, select the name of the required country. |
State |
The state to which the union belongs in the specified country. From the drop-down list box, select the name of the required state. |
Local 2 |
The District or County of the Union Registered Office |
City/Town |
The city or town in which the union is situated in the specified state. |
Postal Code |
The postal code of the city or town at which the union is situated. |
Phone 1 |
The phone number of the union. |
Phone 2 |
The second phone number of the union. |
Phone 3 |
The third phone number of the union. |
Fax 1 |
The fax number of the union. |
Fax 2 |
The second fax number of the union. |

Comments |
The comments you want to enter pertaining to the union details. |
Select the Book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box.
Edit the comments in the dialog box.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
Select the “Save” pushbutton at the bottom of the page.
Select the “Edit Committees” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
The system displays the “Edit Committees” page, which you can use to edit the different committees of the union.
Select the “Edit Local Groups” pushbutton at the bottom of the page.
The system displays the “Edit Local Groups” page which you can use to edit the local branches for the union.
