Select “Edit Local Groups” hyperlink at the bottom of the page in the “Edit Union” page.
The system displays the “Edit Local Groups” page.
The system displays the following details at the top of the page.
HR General Information Unit |
The organization unit in which the HR General Information component is deployed |
Union Name |
The name of the union. |
You can specify the following details of the local groups of the union in the corresponding columns of the multiline.
Group Name |
The name local group being edited. |
Contact Person |
The name of the contact person for the local group. |
Address |
The complete address of the local group. |
Phone |
The phone number of the local group. |

The email address of the local group. |
Comments |
The comments you want to enter pertaining to the union details. |
Select the Book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box.
Enter the comments in the dialog box.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
Select the “Save” pushbutton at the bottom of the page.
