Recording Workscope Details
This tab enables the user to record scope of work to be performed under the contract.
Enter the following fields in the multiline:

A unique number identifying the Workscope. |
Part Ref. Code |
The code identifying the part reference. |
Part # |
The number identifying the part for which the Workscope details are recorded. Help facility available. |
Applicability |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the definition of the work that is to be performed on the object. The system lists the following values along with the blank value: § All – Indicates that the contract will cover all the tasks for the part. § Specific – Indicates that the contract will cover only a specified work, e.g. overhaul. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Maintenance Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the maintenance that is to be performed on the object. The system lists the following values along with the blank value: § Overhaul § Repair § Inspection § Retire § Others The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Repair Process Code |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the repair process code of the task that is covered under the contract . The system lists all the ‘active’ Repair Process Codes defined in the “Maintain Repair Process Codes” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

The task that is covered under the contract. Help facility available. |

Pricing Basis |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the pricing basis for the task to be performed. The system lists the following options along with a blank value: § Usage Based – Indicates that the pricing is based on the actual usage. For example, the number of hours the part has been utilized. § T & M – Indicates that the pricing is based on the time and material spent to service an object. § Fixed Price by Object - Indicates that the pricing is based on a fixed price against an object. § Fixed Price by WU – Indicates that the pricing is based on a fixed price on the objects serviced in a work unit. § FP Per Month - Select this option if you wish to price the respective task or object as fixed price per month. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Use the drop-down list box to specify the fixed pricing aspect of the pricing basis. The system lists the following options along with a blank value: § Labour - Indicates that only the total man hours spent on the service of the object will be priced at a fixed rate. § Material – Indicates that only the total material spent on the service of the object will be priced at a fixed rate. § Other Resources – Indicates that only all the other resources spent on the service of an object will be priced at a fixed rate. § Total Price – Indicates that all labour, material and other resources will be priced on a fixed basis. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined detail for the Workscope. The system lists all the ‘active’ quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type ‘User Defined Detail (Work scope Details) - 1’ in the “Create Quick Codes” activity. |

Select the Part Details tab to specify the parts that are to be serviced under the contract.
Select the Exclusions tab to record the exclusions of the supplier service contract.
Select the Fixed Price Details tab to define the fixed price for the objects.
Select the Monthly Pricing Details tab to define pricing of parts based on their monthly usage.
Select the TAT Details tab to record the time period to service the object for each effectivity code.
Select the Shipping & Billing Terms tab to record the Shipping and Billing Terms of the Supplier Service Contract.
Select the Additional Info. tab to record the additional information of the Supplier Service Contract.
Select the Customer Applicability tab to record the customer details of the Supplier Service Contract.
