Cancel / Edit Quotation – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to modify or cancel the quotation. The “Select Quotation” page allows you to select the quotation for modification. You can also cancel the quotation in this activity. The “Edit Quotation” page allows you to modify the quotation, which is in “Draft” or “Fresh” status.

What you can do in this activity
You can carry out a search for quotations and cancel selected quotations. Once cancelled, the quotation cannot be used in any transaction. Only quotations, which are in “Draft” or “Fresh” status, can be cancelled.
Use the “Select Quotation” page, to provide search criteria and select the quotations for cancellation.
Click the “Cancel Quotation” pushbutton, to cancel the selected quotations.
The system updates the status of the quotations to “Cancelled”.
You can modify the quotation, which is in “Fresh” status.
Use the “Edit Quotation” page, to modify the general details pertaining to the quotation.
Use the “Edit Terms & Conditions” page, to modify the terms and conditions for the quotation.
Use the “Edit Schedule & Distribution” page, to specify the delivery schedule for the parts in the quotation.
Use the “Edit Part TCD Details” page, to modify the tax, charge and discount details for the various parts in the quotation.
Use the “Edit Document TCD Details” page, to modify the tax, charge and discount details for the quotation as a whole.
Use the “Edit Quantity Price Break Details” page, to specify the from quantity, to quantity and the cost of the various parts in the quotation.
Use the “Edit Quality Attribute Details” page, to specify minimum value, maximum value and standard value of the parts.
Use the “Edit User Defined Details” page, to specify the user-defined details for the quotation.
