Entering the user defined details for the quotation

This page allows you to record any user-defined details for the quotation.
Select the “Edit User Defined Details” link at the bottom of the “Create Quotation” page.
The “Edit User Defined Details” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “Quotation Details” group box:

Quotation # |
The number identifying the quotation. |
|
Quotation Date |
The date on which the quotation is confirmed by the repair shop. |
Enter the following in the “Quotation Details” group box.

Quotation User Defined Detail 1 |
Any additional details pertaining to the quotation (Alphanumeric, 15). |

Quotation User Defined Option 1 |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined options for the quotation. The system lists the active quotation user options that are defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |

Quotation User Defined Detail 2 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the quotation (Alphanumeric, 15). |

Quotation User Defined Option 2 |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined options for the quotation. The system lists the active quotation user options that are defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |

Quotation User Defined Detail 3 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the quotation (Alphanumeric, 15). |

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined options for the quotation. The system lists the active quotation user options that are defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |

Remarks |
Any comments regarding the user-defined details of the quotation (Alphanumeric, 255). Zoom facility available. |
Click the “Edit User Defined Details” pushbutton, to store the user-defined details entered.
The system stores the login ID of the user and last modification date with the system date.
