Viewing Reference Details

Select the “Reference Details” tab in the " View quality Audit report" page.
Select the “Reference Details” tab to display the following fields in the multiline:

The “Reference Details” tab appears:

The multiline displays the following.

Reference Element	The reference element for the audit, such as work order and part.
Reference #	The identification number of the reference element such as work order # and part #.
Instructions	Any guidelines for use of the reference.
File Name	The document associated with the audit.

To proceed, carryout the following:

Select the “Audit Summary Details” tab for an overview of the audit findings.

Select the “Audit Execution Details” tab to display the execution details.
Select the “Audit Findings” tab page to view details of the audit findings.

Select the “Recommendations/Observations Details” tab to display details of recommendations/observation of audit.

Select the “Non-Conformities Details” tab to display details of NCs.

Select the “Associated Checklists” tab to view details of the associated checklists.
Select the “Auditor List” tab page to view the details of the auditor list.
Select the “Auditee List” tab page to view details of the auditee list
