Viewing Audit Summary Details

The “Audit Summary Details” tab page appears by default on launch of the “View Quality Audit Report Information” page.

The multiline displays the following.

Audit Initiation Comments	Any remarks / additional information on the audit process at the time of commencement of audit.
Audit Findings	The details on the audit results.
Best Practices	The procedures or activities that are considered as leading edge or exceptional models to follow in the auditing process.
Carryover Items	Any recommendations / NCs that need to be resolved in the follow-up audit.
Closing Comments	The remarks of the auditor at the time of audit closure.
Audit Implications	The results of the audit, such as Freeze Operations, Un-freeze Operations, Hold Supplier, Release supplier and, No Implication.
Audit Rating	The rating awarded by the auditor to the audit.
Pending Recommendations Count	The total number of recommendations that are not yet implemented.
Pending NC Count	The total number of NCs with the “Pending” status.

To proceed, carryout the following:

Select the “Audit Execution Details” tab to display the execution details.
Select the “Audit Findings” tab page to view details of the audit findings.

Select the “Recommendations/Observations Details” tab to display details of recommendations/observation of audit.

Select the “Non-Conformities Details” tab to display details of NCs.

Select the “Reference Details” tab to display references.
Select the “Associated Checklists” tab to view details of the associated checklists.

Select the “Auditor List” tab page to view the details of the auditor list.
Select the “Auditee List” tab page to view details of the auditee list.
