 Flight contract refers to the agreement entered by the charter companies with customers to meet their specific requirements in which the customers hire or rent a plane to fly to a specific destination on a certain day(s), subject to a terms and conditions. These flights can be used for a variety of purposes, like timber logging, fire fighting, oil exploration in deep sea moving passengers, or emergency air transport, urgent or time-sensitive cargo, air ambulance and any other form of ad hoc air transportation like rescue during flood.

These air charter companies offer a large variety of aircraft, such as helicopters.

The aircraft are provided with cabin crew and any supplies, like meals, requested as part of the contract

The flight contract is subject to terms and conditions based on various aspects like for example if the aircraft provided is with or without crew, in some cases only the crew will be provided, whether the maintenance of the aircraft is to be borne by the charter company or the customer, the pricing components that go into a contract price

You have the flexibility to make a flight contract with general terms and conditions or to record a contract which is customer specific, which is legally enforceable.
