Viewing facility object details
This page displays complete information on the facility selected in the “Select Facility Object” page.
The “Facility Object Details” group box displays the following information.
Facility Object # |
The number that identifies the facility object. |
Status |
The current status of the facility object: Active or Inactive. |
Condition |
The present condition of the facility object: New, Overhauled, Serviceable, Unserviceable or Phased out. |
Facility Type |
The type of the facility object: Tool, Equipment or Other. |
Facility # |
The number that identifies the facility. |
Facility Category |
The classification of the facility. |
Part # |
The part reference for the facility object. |
Model |
The model of the facility object as defined in Work Center business component. |
Part Description |
The name / description of the part. |
Lot # |
The lot number of the part. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the part. |
Manufacturer Lot # |
The lot number of the facility object as maintained by the manufacturer. |
Manufacturer Serial # |
The serial number of the facility object as maintained by the manufacturer. |
Select the “Ownership and Administration Details” tab to display the ownership, administration and location details of the facility object.
Select the “Facility Maintenance Details” tab to see the work unit and execution details of the facility object.
Select the “Additional Details” tab to see the verification, kit, warranty and insurance, and other details of the facility object.
The attached document details
The system displays the following in the “Document Attachment Details” group box.
File Name |
The name of the document pertinent to the facility object. Select the “View File” link to see the contents of the specified document. |
To proceed
Select the "Upload Documents" link at the bottom of the page to upload any relevant documents pertaining to the facility object.
Select the “Maint Asset Identifier for Fac. Obj. #” link to view the asset details.
Select the “View Compliance History” link to know the shop work order and repair order details of the facility object.
Select the “View Tool Issue / Return Log” link to see the status / movement of the facility object.
Select the “Track Tool Usage” link to know the usage of the facility object.
Select the "View Associated Doc. Attachments" link to view any associated document already uploaded for facility object.
Refer to the topic “Viewing consolidated document attachments” in the “Object Attachments” business component for more details.
Select the “Generate Facility Object Label” link to print the Facility Object Barcode Label.
Record info
The system displays the following under the “Record Statistics” group box.
Created by |
The identification number and name of the employee who recorded the details of the facility object for the first time. |
Created Date |
The date when the facility object was recorded for the first time. |
Created At |
The location / organization unit where the details of the facility object were recorded for the first time, in the Created At field. |
Last Modified by |
The identification number and name of the employee most recently changed the details of the facility object. |
Last modified Date |
The date when the facility object was changed for the last time. |
