The system displays the following in the “Work Unit and Schedule Details” group box.

Work Unit #

The system displays "Task" or "Standard Procedure" in the first field. In the field beside, the identification number of the task or standard procedure as specified.

Authoring OU

The authorizing organization unit for the facility object. This field displays if the Work Unit # is specified.

Work Unit Description

A detailed narration of the work unit.

Interval Days

The periodicity of maintenance for the facility object in days. For example, maintenance may be required for the facility object every week to sustain efficiency.

Terminating Date

The date when the facility object is to be phased out of operations.

Last Performed Date

The date of the most recent maintenance job executed on the facility object.

Next Due Date

The date when the next maintenance job is to be performed.

Alert Date

The date when the alert message is to be sent to the concerned users.  

Alert Days

The number of days before the next due date, when the alert message is to be sent to the concerned users.

Expense Type

The type of expense incurred on the facility object. The system displays one of the following values: Revenue or Capital. This field is mandatory if Work Unit # field is specified.

Mandatory

Indicates whether maintenance of the facility object is necessary.  The “Yes” value means maintenance is mandatory and “No” infers maintenance is not mandatory.

Default Component ID

The identification number of the default Work Center component for the facility object for maintenance usage. The system displays the Component ID values for the Object Type “Facility” defined in the Identify Non-Component Maint. Objects activity of Aircraft Business component.

The system displays the following in the “Execution Details” group box.

COM Reqd?

Indicates whether Certificate of Maintenance (COM) is mandatory.

  • “Yes”, indicates COM is mandatory.

  • “No”, indicates COM is not mandatory.

Execution Facility

Indicates whether the maintenance for the facility object is done within the organization: “Internal", "External” or ” Internal & External".

Exe. Work Center #

The execution work center for the facility object. This field is displays if “Internal" is specified in the Execution Facility field.

Preferred Repair Agency #

The favored repair agency for the maintenance of the facility object. This field displays if “External" is specified in the Execution Facility field.

Main. Exe. Instructions

Any guidelines for carrying out the maintenance job on the facility object.

Work Status

Indicates the status of the maintenance job for the facility object: "Pending", " Initiated",  " In-Progress", "Terminated" or "As Required".

Issue Status

The issue status of the facility object: "Issued - Permanent", "Issued - Returnable" or, "None".

To proceed
