Viewing issue / return log

Select the “View Issue / Return Log” link in the Edit Facility Object Record page.

The " View Issue / Return Log " page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The “Facility Object Details” group box displays the following for the facility object selected in the Edit Facility Object activity.

Facility Object #	The identification number of the facility object.
Facility #	The identification number of the facility.
Part #	The part number reference for the facility object.
Part Description	The name or description of the part reference.
Lot #	The lot number of the facility object.
Serial #	The serial number of the facility object.
Holding Tool Crib #	The identification number of the holding tool crib.
Holding Tool Crib Description	The name / description of the holding tool crib.

The Issue / Return Details multiline displays the following.

Issue Basis	The basis for issuing the facility object: “Permanent" or "Returnable".
Issue Purpose	The purpose of the facility object: "Regular" or "Maint-Internal".
Action	The action of the return transaction: "Regular Return", "Permanent Return" or "Transfer".
Date & Time	The date and time of the action.
Employee #	The identification number of the employee to whom the facility object is issued.
Authorizer	The authorizing organization unit for the maintenance of the facility object.
Work Center #	The work center where the facilities object is used for maintenance. In case the issue purpose is “Maint.-Internal” then this will be the work center where the tool gets calibrated or the facility object gets maintenance done on it.
Ref. Doc. type	Use the drop-down list box to specify type of the document used for reference. The system displays the following values: "Hangar Work Order", "Component Work Order", "Technical Log" and, "Others".
Ref. Doc. #	The identification number of the document associated with the issue.
Condition	The condition of the facility at the time of return: Serviceable, Unserviceable or Phased Out.
Stock Updation	The Issue/ Return transaction number generated by the Stock Issue and Stock Return business components for permanent issue and permanent return.
Tool Crib #	The warehouse with tool transactions allowed attribute.
Remarks	Any remarks on the movement of the facility object.
