Viewing compliance history of facility object

This page allows you to view the compliance details of the facility object. Tell me more.

Select the “View Compliance History” link in the "Select Facility Object" page or "View Facility Object Record" page.

The "View Compliance History” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The Facility Object Details group box displays the following information

Facility Object #	The number that identifies the facility object.
Facility #	The facility of the facility object.
Part #	The part reference for the facility object.
Part Description	The name/short description of the part reference for the facility object.
Lot #	The lot number of the part reference for the facility object.
Serial #	The serial number of the part reference for the facility object.
Holding Tool Crib #	The tool crib that is the custodian of the facility object
Holding Tool Crib Description	The name / short description of the holding tool crib.

The Search Results multiline displays the following details of shop work orders and repair orders executed on the facility object.

Exe. Doc Type	The type of the execution document carried out on the facility object, such as component work order or repair order.
Exe. Doc #	The identification number of the execution document carried out on the facility object.
Schedule Date	The planned date of execution of the component work order or repair order.
Actual Compliance Date	The actual date of execution of the component work order or repair order.
Executed At	The work center where the work order was executed on the facility object.
CoM #	The Certificate Of Maintenance issued to the facility object on execution of all the planned work units. This field displays a value only, if the Ex. Doc Type is “Component Work Order”.
Comments	Any additional information on the work order executed on the facility object.
